Calorazzo

Terms of use

Effective 12 October 2026

These terms apply to the Calorazzo app, made by Casebuddy Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. They sit alongside Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.

Estimates, not medical advice

Calorazzo uses AI to estimate the food, portions, calories and macros in your photos. Estimates can be wrong. The app is for general information and personal tracking only. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat or give medical or dietary advice. Check with a doctor or dietitian before making significant changes to what you eat, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of eating disorders.

Using the app

Your data

Your food log and photos stay on your device. How photos are analysed is explained in the privacy policy. You are responsible for keeping your own backups.

Purchases

Any paid features or subscriptions are sold through the App Store. Billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Availability

We may change, pause or discontinue features, including the photo analysis service, at any time. We aim to keep Calorazzo running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or error free.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is", and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or from relying on its estimates. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
